Are these parts good enough for a bedroom?
I don't know if your going to be able to find a hi-res 5.6" LCD screen in that price range. All the screens that size in that price range that i have seen pretty much put out one hell of a screen door effect. Other than that all looks well : )

Yes, 5.6" is too small, I plan on getting a used 10.4" SHARP QA-1800 that has 800X600 for cheap. Six years ago it was priced $6000. I plan on getting it for less than $130.
