I once saw a man at a thrift show purchase two things... a 1950's set of bookshelf speakers with 6 or 8 inch alnico jensens... (the small cabs had no backs), and a huge 1950's travel suitcase, made of original tweed, very very similar to original fender tweed, and lightly preworn. I believe he paid a total of under 10 dollars... I bet he made a nice amp...
