Hi there, a few days ago I made this project and it seems not bad to me, so I did some analysis with MicroCAP.
Please tell me your oppinion (and sorry for my poor English) 🙂

Both graphs have mysterious x-axis units - are they actually dB?
If so the intermodulation is gross at -22dB down or so. Also there are overlapping lines on that graph, red and magenta, possibly more than two lines - hard to interpret what's going on.
C2 in the feedback network lacks over-voltage protection - if the output stage goes wrong and slams to the rail that cap will probably explode, and the DC voltage on the input pair will likely destroy or impair them.
Back-to-back LEDs are quite a good way to protect such a cap as they give visible indication of fault. Higher voltage LEDs like blue or white will reduce the chance of them adding distortion, although C2 itself should see very little voltage in normal operation anyway.
