This is really more of a smash up of old parts and a few new ones needed to get everything all working. I took an existing Athena Technologies AS-P400 sub and gutted out the amp. Cut out holes on both sides for a pair of 6.5" Focals from a car component set. I reused the crossovers but substituted the tweeters with a pair of 1" Peerless textile domes because one side of the Focal tweeters was blown.
These will be powered by a Dayton Audio KAB-250 with 50w x 2 fed with 24v stepped up from a 10Ah SLA. I was going to replace the 10" sub with a passive radiator but decided to keep it and power it with another amp. Gonna power that with a 200w x 1 amp from Sure Electronics fed with 36v stepped up from the same battery.
A quick bench test with just the components sound pretty good. I should have mounted them higher for better dispersion but too late now. It's probably not ideal to have them sharing the space with the sub but I think for a party speaker it should be fine. Finishing touches will be a volt/amp display meter, casters and a collapsible handle cause at almost 40lbs you're not going to be carrying it very far.

Let us know how long those poor little Focal woofers live, as they're going to be flapping in that sub's breeze! It's probably not ideal to have them sharing the space with the sub but I think for a party speaker it should be fine.
Two flower pots and glue would do the job...
( since they are on opposed baffles, a bar connecting them and pushing them to stiffen the thing )

That looks a lot like the Sure JAB boards... do you need to step up the SLA? I was under the impression the amp already had step-up on board...
