Thanks for posting the much awaited waveforms of secondary side and before the filter inductor. I can see the spikes as expected from charging discharging of parasitic + output capacitance [across DS] of bidirectional mosfet switches and bit of stray inductance, sure these are needed to be clamped actively in order to protect the switches from going into avalanche.
Vybrosy vozmozhno i za drosselya, u menya 140mkGn. Silovoy ransformator u menya ot kompovskogo BP bez peremotki 2*30v
Proboval vobshche ubrat' delitel' CD4013 i postavil inverter na CD4069(k561ln2). Bez delitelya, teper' do drosselya impul'sy polozhitel'naya i otritsatel'naya stali odinakovymi po forme. Tol'ko vot chastota IIPa 104kGts nado ST motat' na etu chastotu. Tol'ko vot ne znayu kak pravil'no, s delitelem delat' ili bez ,nuzhno spetsialistov ,sam ne razberus'. Transformer stand from the computer UPS without rewinding 2 * 30v.drassel 140mkg For the sake of interest, I removed the CD4013 and replaced it with an inverter on CD4069 (k561ln2). Without the divider CD4013, now up to the throttle, the positive and negative pulses are the same in form. Only here the IIP frequency is 104 kHz. The amplifier works well.
