With all this being said, I plan to use thus amp with the Audio Nirvana 8" plus alnico. Now, Dave, the owner of Audio N indicated that this AN amp would be the best amp to go with the AN speaker drivers Im buying, however, I'd like to hear from someone different than the seller.
Thanks in advance.

If the description of both amps is correct (no feedback), then:
If triode wired it should have a reasonable damping factor
If Ultra Linear wired, it should have some damping.
If it is Pentode wired, it has no damping factor.
You can change the wiring from pentode mode to triode mode.
But if the output transformer does not have Ultra Linear taps, you can not wire for UL.
The second amp mentions a PCB. It is not suited for major modifications.
The first amp does not mention a PCB, might be point to point wiring.
I think you might get what you pay for, you might not.
Who knows the quality of the parts, and such things as the output transformer impedance, quality, etc.
I those are steel chassis, they will be hard to modify.
I prefer aluminum chassis.
You might find a used old classic american amp.
Limited funds gives few options.
Do you want the amp you purchase to always be unmodified?

I've got an Audio Nirvana EL84 amp that I've been running everyday for the past two years, driving AN 8" alnico speaker drivers.
All I can say is that it's the best $500 ($499 when I bought it), I have spent on any stereo gear in a long time.
However, I've never owned one of the other Chinese amps mentioned, so I can't give a comparison.
Compared to my other similar PP EL84 amps, it sounds great. I'm not a trained audio critic and I don't claim to have ears that can hear the difference between different brands of tubes, I do know live music and how it should sound and can say that the AN EL84 amp is a great buy. Among the nine tube amps I own, the AN EL 84 amp and the AN speaker drivers/speakers are my son's favorite system. He has much better ears and is a trained musician/songwriter, so he should know.
I have no affiliation with AN, but I am a happy customer.

I have an MP-301 driving a pair of Madisound BK-12ms. I haven't listened to it in a while, since lately, I mostly listen to a refurbished Kenwood KR-4600 driving a pair of Zu Dirty Weekends. However, I can say that the former set-up does a much better job articulating acoustic instruments and voice. So, folk, jazz and chamber music play especially well with this combination.
