Musical Fidelity A 3.5 integrated amplifier.
No sound on right channel.
Not at all.
Problem on pre amp.
I tested pre amp output the same problem.
No service manual.
No suspect parts.

If both the preamp and power amp section of one channel are dead --I
take it the PRE out is dead when tested by itself ?
Then first check the power supply to the dead channel and make sure the tape monitor is off as well as the mute .
I cant find a circuit diagram either.

If its the volume pot then the wiper has lost contact with the resistance .
Normally wear would cause noise first , easily checked --ohm meter between pot input tab and wiper and check if the resistance varies .
If the power supply to the preamp is okay I would check all the active devices in the signal path as well as any switches the signal can be routed through .

In that case you will have to work backwards from the volume control pot till you reach a signal .
In the second picture is what looks like an 8 pin audio chip ,if it is its probably a dual channel one ?
If it is an audio chip test the incoming signal to it and see if there is a signal at the output .

Pin 3 is positive in signal on channel 1( of the chip ) so its not reaching the NE5532 so need to trace back from pin 3 .
On CD,AUX1,AUX2,TUNER only left channel works.
On Tape or TAPE REC only left channel works.
But with Tape monitor knob 2 Channels works fine,but only on TAPE or TAPE REC.....
