Music Angel xdse kt88 from china..
Noticed that the output level was diferent from left to right specialy when the volume pot is at "low", if i turn down the inputvolume and gain on the amp at maximum it seems to be better but not good enough.
Please help me..

I will look into my crystal ball and see if it will help us remotely diagnose the problem with so little to go on.
It says "Ask him whether it has always done this or has it just recently started?"

Yes... been like this from the start.. 5-6db less sound in the right speaker... moved the kt88s,the small tubes also.. nothing happens.. all i know is that it is not my speakers.
i have changed some of the cheap caps from china, with jantzen capacitors.
Volume pots are known to do that. Especially at settings close to the cc stop. Do you own an o-scope? If you don't, you could use a low level signal with the volume pot turned way up and compare. You can use a PC with the digital volume slider to almost mute as a low level source.
If you had not changed some of the caps you could send it back for a refund.
Volume pots can be a bit unbalanced at the lower end, but it sounds like your amp is worse than that. Could be that some wrong value components have been used in one channel. Measure DC voltages and compare channels.

i have checked the biasing, im going to rework the inputlevel and try a new pot, alps blue velvet maybe? but what value?
As DF96 says,
Check your resistance values in the preamp and driver sections..just changing parts is not the answer..
Its more likely to be a cathode or anode resistance that have been put in the wrong place or wrong value has been used.
Either read the values and compare or use a meter to measure the resistance values and see if they are the same.
It sounds like the gain in each channel is different..so check the values
