Muse 18 card

Hi All,

I know this is not a DIY question so sorry for that but I am going to try it anyway.

A friend of mine surprised me with a pair of hales signature series 2 speakers and and a Muse 18 subwoofer.
Now I am trying to find a 'personallity card' for the sub that was made specially for the hales.

Any suggestions on where to find one
or
maybe a DIY alternative?
