FETs 401, 191 and 192 are IRF540s. If you have IRF3415s, use those instead. FET400 is unused in the photos I have.
Q401 is an MMBTA42.
D402 is an MMBD4148.
Do not plug the preamp board in until you confirm that all regulated voltages are correct.
Look for open 10 ohm resistors near the op-amps near the RCAs and on the preamp board.
