MOSFET small signal pairs?

I would like to use complimentary small-signal MOSFETs in an amp I'm working on. These should be rated 150v Vds or greater and preferably in a TO92 or E-line package.

I've only managed to find the Zetex ZVN2120A / ZVP2120A and ZVN4424A / ZVP4424A pairs. They're not particularly complimentary comparing characteristics and ratings.

Anybody know of better options?
