Hey guys, just came across this while looking for coaxial speakers, efficiency and power handling is low, but the freq response graph looks fairly clean, probably one of the cleanest i've seen out of a coaxial.

What are your thoughts? and also, do you know of a better coaxial driver?
Appreciated 🙂

Well the price is high, its clearly optimized for slim mounting and has build-quality and looks to match the response graphs. Match it to a subwoofer and you should be able to make something rather good I reckon, perhaps bookcase pair + subwoofer.
I would not trust two Morel cone drivers to measure the same. Their QC has been awful for a long time.
If you don't need it to be so slim, save some money and buy a pair of KEF Q150s. Scrap the cabinet, and you'll have a better coax than anything Morel could cobble together. To say nothing of more consistent.

+1. The Q150s are currently on sale at Amazon for $300 for a pair. There's also a thread here with an improved crossover.
