More wattage to a tweeter with capacitor question

I was told that if you put a capacitor to a 100 watt tweeter you can push it with 400 watts with no problem. Is it true?

Sure. If you pick the right cap, you could even use a 1000 watt amp with no harm to the tweeter.... because the cap would be blocking any useful signal from reaching the tweeter.
I suggest you do some more reading on here, specifically about crossovers and how they work with speakers
