I managed to get another 50 photos up tonight. My friend (who's hosting the photos) says that he's getting hits from other audio forums. I guess the word is spreading. We're giving his new server a good breaking in.😀
Here's the link again.

And again, thanks for making it a worthwhile effort.

PS: Peter "Potter", take a look at the Cardas pics. There's one special for you.😀

Good gravy, please tell me those are miniature cigarettes
. You can actually see the front of the rack deflect under the load!

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Hey Brian,
The problem with El Pipe-O would have been the hole Kent would have to cut into the room on the second floor for the 14ft. pipe. Of course that would have been one hell of a reflex chamber.😀

Alright... 😀
Here is the disclaimer for the above picture:
DISCLAIMER... the above shown picture of El Pipe-O is a fake. It actually wasn't at CES in the Pass Labs booth. If you honestly believe that it was there in its full glory, then you are gullible. Sorry for the crappy editing, as I only have mspaint on this computer...

Proposed plans for next year:
1) reserve 2 rooms, one on the first floor, and one on the second floor.
2) bring earplugs or lots of alcohol.
3) bring a pair of X1000 amps.
4) bring extra drivers for those excessive bass lines.

Brian
At those truly low frequencies couldn't they just lay it down sideways? I don't think it matters that the drivers would be on one side. A theoretical question: Could the driver box be in the middle of the tube with 7' extending each way?
roddyama said:Don't forget this for the 120db 13Hz "How low can this baby go" notes.
Also, remember to bring extra pairs of pants for those so called "Brown Notes(tm)"

And what frequency is that?

Damn, it cut right clean through the magnet, too! I want one of those. Or were those magnets plastic.

Noam
Calm down
those cutted speakers are only for demonstrations
a kind of "paper moon" or "make believe"
the normal in production line is something quite different
Be very glad you never see such normal samples cut up
/halo - still in one piece

Noam,
www.rootingoutevil.com, is that supposed to be a joke or is that a serious website?
Cheers,
