Vishay spells it "Monolythic". Maybe a trade-name like "KoolOhm"? Maybe a mistake?

Not in England where misspelling due to attention to social dogma overrides actual teaching of the three "R,s " - reading -writing and (a)rithmatic ,we aren't talking of the differences between British English and American English if it carries on like that deviating from a Standard we will need a new translator to understand words somebody has made up in his head ( probably from using "certain" products too much).
