Mouser lists these, but shows "long lead time" and zero stock.
They have plenty of the PNP compliment in stock, MJL1302A, oddly enough.
Who has these in stock in the US?

I'm curious as to the search string used to get these results, because when I type the device part number and then the words for sale, I get mouser and ebay only. The rest are data sheet servers.
Thanks. I'll check those sources. Oh wait, some of these are in Europe. I'm in the US! Allied has a good price.
When I put them in the cart at Allied, I get this:
"This item will be back ordered.
Traceability data (i.e., Date Code, Lot Code) for this item is currently unavailable."

Try DDG or Startpage or even Metager search engines , Google takes you where IT thinks you want to go .
I do use Startpage most of the time, but I find it often misses search results that I get with Google.
Its easy enough to go to --Preferences-Search and change the search engine to another one but I use several versions of Firefox--Waterfox - IceCat .
IceCat is good it doesn't "phone home " when you start using it and the little amount of data sent back can be stopped in about:config.

I tried to install Ungoogled Chromium but as I have removed all sign of Google from my PC,s it had a "nervous breakdown " using 75 % of my upmarket CPU as it couldn't "phone home " as I have blocked Google network ports so out it went .
