Hello,
While searching the net for spice models of the MJ802/4502 with no luck, I had found the discussion:
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/newreply.php?s=&action=newreply&postid=54012
I would like to repeat Mr.Self simulation, but could not find the models. Could you please push me in the right direction?
Dimitri

The models might not have been on the net 7 years ago. At one time, good spice models were jealously guarded trade secrets.
Over 20 years since the first post here and I'm still looking for GOOD models for these devices
the ones posted from Onsemi were "machine made" and are defective in my opinion.
I found models for the 15023/24 from UncleJed here but I don't know where he got them that
I'll use for now.
Maybe I have to read Bob C's chapter on how to check/fix models - someday.
