Hello,
I just modified a MiniDSP 2x4 by adding a 3.5 jack inputs quite easily (see attached photo).
The cables are soldered directly to the RCA tabs of the PCB.
And hold on well: not only does it work (we would have suspected) but especially, when playing simultaneously both RCA and Jack, the first is muted by the DSP for the benefit of the second. Better: by stopping the source jack, the RCA source comes back gradually!
I confess not to understand the reason but it is super practical and 100% meets my future project for my daughter: a PC on the RCA input and a Bluetooth receiver on the jack to connect a smartphone, for example.
Is there anyone who tried the same tweak?
