Mini 2x4 start up issues

Start up issues:
Set up on the test bench: 2x4, speakers amps, computer etc.
Going pretty good, xo works fine, but the issue is loading/closing the xo.
Either it stops working, or one channel stops. Been going around in circles, back to factory reset, changing a few parameters, synchronize, and the changes are loaded, but cannot unplug.

ok out of the weeds now.
And Whoa; someone told me to buy one about 3 years ago; shoulda listened to them back then.
