My Micro Seiki DD-8 sometimes stops then immediately rotate counterclockwise.
Anybody has a fix for this?
Thanks.
Anybody has a fix for this?
Thanks.
I had a similiar occurance with a JVC QL-10, backwards and forwards
It would also start speeding up way beyond 45 rpm.
I first looked at every cap and connection point and first decided I would clean every push on connector and apply Craig’s lab Deoxite.
That stopped everything and it has run superbly ever since.
A cap change will be next, but for now all is well.
If you do decide on a cap change, do it in stages rather than all at once so you don’t loose your way.
Some have done this and things got worse without the ability to trace back to where they made a change.

David

Thanks, will try the deoxit, if it will not solve the problem, re-cap is next.
