There have been previous threads on this subject but they are now really old.
I need to insulate a bunch of power transistors with the TO-264 case.

Keystone.... does not seem to know the package.
Bergquist.... has no listing and the other products are pricey.
Mouser... nothing listed
Ebay...nothing
Avnet...nothing
Digikey...nothing listed
MaMaster-Carr... (Rigid sheets)There many scary comments on the web about shipping to Canada.

I am prepared to cut and drill my own if I can find 0.004" sheets.

Has anyone been able to identify a friendly source. I might consider mica-screw-shoulder washer kits if i can find them.

I looked on the internet and found a reasonably local mica supplier and bought the smallest sheet available which was about 1m square. However it only cost $8. I think you will need to find a supplier near you however to avoid a high postage charge.
I bought a thin sheet which was 0.004in thick to use directly and also a thicker sheet which I found I could split very easily to any thickness I needed.

Thank you mickeymoose, AMV8 and discrete. I left the electronic design a manufacturing field some 20 years ago. Retirement from government, yawn, (April 2011) is allowing me to return to some hands on audio stuff that I enjoy. Things sure have changed. Your comments, above, have allowed me to focus on what's out there now for insulating transistors. I have samples on the way so I have the luxury of trying before I buy.
