Got this amp from Ebay, In rough shape but this one seemed honestly discribed and works okay after switchs and pots cleaned. Missing the volume knob and a switch knob. Volume knob might be tough to find but I found a switch knob easy, they used the same ones on the 3845.

Had some left over caps from a past project. Tone and relay board recaped. I thought the relay board was gonna be a pain but turned out really easy. Way better to work on then my Kenwood 9100. Have an order for the rest of the caps, more wait time.

Checked the old caps from the relay and tone board out of curiosity all where fine except the 220uf they were all bad. I know this amp is uncommon but if anyone might have a service manual for this or for the AUE please let me know.

And.....done. It's been playing for a few hours and sounds good and biased well. All electrolytic s have been replaced.
Just need to find a volume knob and meters. Or repair the meters, seems to be mixed if that's really doable.

Picture show the meters stuck, the fix was simply backing of the screw in the front. The plastic housing to the meter is held together by tape. Be sure to handle the meter with incredible care as to not bend the needle.
I'm still looking for a volume knob and the front/headphone input cover, if anyone knows where I could find them I would be more then grateful. Even if its from another amp that uses the same parts. I have been checking Ebay everyday for MCS, AUA or BASF and have not found it yet.
