Hi to everybody,
I’m looking for marched mosfet (IRFP240) for Aleph 60 clone.
I found Tech DIY Company Store that sell them at a good price.
There are some people that try to buy from this store?
The device are really matched ?
There are other place or people that sell matched mosfet?
Sorry for my orrible English
THANK YOU
Ciao
Paolo

That's a great price as Mouser and Digikey are currently selling 240's at close to $5 each. I do know that others here have purchased from them and been happy.
I hope tech diy is good because I'm getting ready to buy some matched irfp240/9240 myself.
To whom it may concern, Elwood

I purchased mosfets and other parts from them (F4, F5). I'd give them a thumbs up. They provide a great service as far as I'm concerned.

Fairchild FQP11P06 may be a better compliment to IRFP240 than IRFP9240.
You can try FQB in LTSpice (same transistor) , but order FQP to get TO220.

Mouser has the RoHS compliant versions (IRFP240PBF) are $2.07 at 1 piece, it's the "leaded" versions that are $5 but neither are in stock until at least March.
Tech DIY's premium is a small price to pay for matching, since you'd have to buy a number of extras to get your matched sets

HI Guys
Building the mini-A using BrianGT boards. Ordered most of my stuff from Digikey and Mouser,
but both were out of IRFP240's plus the parts list called out that the 9610's needed to be a matched pair.
Found out about Tech-DIY from this thread. Gave it a shot, pushed the order button and before I could hardly turn around , the parts were here from Tech-DIY. Got matched IRFP240's to boot (cant hurt). Anyway, minimalist website but great service. Go for it.
