There are some of these on the way here for diyFEST.
They fit in a smallish miniOnken -- same size box as for A7.
I've drawn up a CGR i hope Chris can finish for the event.

Will this work in the FH-XL? 🙂
I'm the UK dealer for Mark Audio, I spoke to Scott about this, he ran the numbers for me and is more than happy that it works in the FHXL
Mark suggested it would work in the Pencil series as well although I don't think Scott has checked this out yet.
We're having a little DIY speaker event in September where Mark and Scott will talk. We're planning on having Pluvia 11 drivers in bits so the visitors can put on together themselves 😀 I'll make some boxes up so we can pop one in it.

Hi Stefan
Good to know. Have a good meet and look forward to some pics and listening impressions. 🙂

What's the diyFEST Dave? You got any links? I'm trying to get some DIY days out sorted in the UK. Be good to see your format.

Thanks, hopefully we will, I'll get some videos of the talks hopefully and pop them on my you tube channel.

BTW, does anyone have any off-axis response plots, THD plots, anything like that?
I don't think Mark has ever done those in house, so we'll need to await independent 3rd party testing.
I think I'll wait until then before I buy a pair. I don't want to have another CHN-70 experience...
In the meantime, I shall get on designing an MLTL for these in Leonard Audio.

Well, while it's probably a bit careless to do, if I was to extrapolate my experience with recent Pluvia 7 vis a via the CHR70, I'd expect good things from the 11.

That's right, at least not on general release anyhow. Some will be made available for independent testing at some point.
