hi, first of all, should i have a cd in player when checking in service mode? also, the manual refers to a cue key, and a preview key. i can't seem to find either type key on front panel, or remote which is suppose to cause cd tray to move in and out. when i press play while in service mode, i get err 02 focus error without, disc in but, with disc in i don't get the error code. thanks for any help! 🙂
'Cue' means >> (next track), 'Review' means the << (previous track) buttons.
You'll get a focus error (erros 02) without a CD in it becasue there's nothing for the laser to focus on, that's all🙂

hi Martin, when i press the next track button, the mode moves from poo to mode p01? which, is also stated in the service manual. seems i'm getting more confused lol!martin clark said:
