I bought it from the magnet in the picture. I have 16. I bought it because I couldn't find a thin neodymium magnet.
Then I found a 20x6x3mm magnet, but I haven't bought it yet.
What kind of circuit should I rig for these magnets?

The link that Tinnarmorken provides exactly what you need to use the headphone diaphragm you pictured. You would need these magnets, or something fairly similar.

N52 Bar Neodymium Magnets
The 30x10x2 magnets are probably not a good choice for headphones. You could go with something like a rubanoid type speaker construction, or a ribbon tweeter.
