I'm looking at using a mackie 1400i to drive a sub. I love the value/performance of mackie, and I especially like the built in eq. I was wondering if its susonic filter would be a problem (I can't find any literature on where it cuts off) and if it would drive a 6 ohm load fine.

Right on that page you linked, it states that the low cut (subsonic) filter has an adjustable frequency, and also gives ratings for down to 4 ohms in mono, 2 ohms in stereo.

I know about the power rating, I just want to double check, I don't want to make any foolish purchases.
So the variable low-cut filter is the subsonic filter??? I thought for some reason they would have a unadjustable cutoff....show's you how much I know.
