M62439SP - Selector and tone control

I'm collecting parts for tube buffered gainclone amplifier and got idea to take volume, tone control and input selector from old Sony mini Hifi if quality is satisfying. I found out that M62439SP is tone control, input selector (and i guess volume control), but i cannot find any datasheet, only pinout.

Does anyone have datasheet for this IC or at least information about impact on sound (to know if i should continue searching)?
