LU1014D Mounting for Small Amplifier

I think we need a thread for my Small LU1014D Amplifier to descibe how to mount LU1014D to heatsink.
In the image you can see one way.
But there are a couple of other options.

Yes, they work very well. I believe the Gerbers are shared to have them made.

I am sure many here would like to see the schematic of that one even though it presumably failed to make the grade. How did it sound?

Does the ACAmini float the drain and isolate it at the pins where the HS fits into?

No. The sink is connected to the Drain.

I was offered some LU1014D Adapters by a guy here in forum.
So, there are some adapters around.
I like the idea to solder LU1014D unto a copper adapter.
Then put it onto heatsink with screws.
Maybe use insulators, if this is necessary.
