LTspice .Param command

Just a quick question, im using the command line
.step param w 0 1 0.01
in order to step a potentiometer, however as i only want to step a single pot how do i specify which one i want to step?

you just use the {w} in the value of the component you want controlled

you can use as many different names as instances of parameterized values in a schematic if you want to control each separately w1, w2, w3...
with separate .param w1 ... statements
