Ltspice and Valve models

I have downloaded the valve models from duncanamps.com but I am having trouble trying to get them to work.
Can anyone provide me with the information to get valves working in ltspice.

There are probably several ways to do it.

I:

1. Put the include files in the directory that my schematic is in.
2. Place the spice directive .INC dmtriodep.inc in the schematic
3. Assign the tube the correct name as the include file subcircuit, such as NH6DJ8 for the 6DJ8
