From the data sheet this high voltage op amp seems very interesting for a op amp based class AB amplifier.
Can I trust the data sheet ?
Can I trust the Spice model ?
Is the LTC6090 Spice Model given by Linear Technologie in LTspice close to reality ?
I am suspicious about the gain phase data. In the data sheet it looks strange to me. From simulation I get a typical gain phase that looks as for a generic general purpose op amp, far from what is given in the data sheet.

It may be unfamiliar to you but the datasheet plot looks like a believable plot for so-called "two pole" (actually two obvious poles plus a zero) compensation.
It has theoretical benefits but is not common in op-amps because it is not as convenient to implement as simple Miller compensation.
The LTC6090 is not a typical op-amp, perhaps the unusual process requirements made it more practical to implement the "two-pole" scheme.
Best wishes
