I didn't want to disturb your ad in the Trading section, but here at Solid state it fits: 
Why the heck do you use a 7A regulator with such a tiny heatsink? With that heatsink you can use it for line-level stuff at most. You could have gone for the cheaper TO-220 package.
Otherwise a nice regulator!
