I'm looking for a driver equivalent to IR2110 (high & low side driver 500V 2A) but with lower propagation time (150 ns).

+5V for the input ( logic input), and +15V for the power supply. All can change if I have no choice ...

(Intersil's own homepage doesn't work properly at the moment)
You will need to use CMOS logic levels to control it however. OTOH this seems to be one of the finest driver ICs available as long as you don't exceed 100 Volts.

thanks, but sorry I was not clear, I have 500V on the power side in fact. Do they slow down if higher voltage are recquierd ?

No they don't, but they only work up to 100 volts.
In your case it seems that the only solution is building your own high-side driver using an ordinary (and fast) low-side model fed by a floating supply and controlled by some type of fast isolator.
