Trying to clean up my collection of components accumulated over the years I have found 4 pieces of NOS TOKIN THF-51S SITs that I bought from watanabe in Tokyo back in 2018, before he started to sell matched devices. The SITs are labeled 2.3, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.3 by watanabe, but I'm not sure what these values refer to.
To validate the SITs I recorded the transfer functions at constant Vds (24V) by curve-tracing and the data for the four devices are reported below.
Asking price is €400 including shipping and PayPal fees (friends and family) within the EU. Ships out from Milan, Italy.
Shipment outside EU is possible, but will be charged at effective cost in addition to the (€400+PayPal fees).
