Looking for Toshiba 2SK270 or 2SK170

Hello!
I am restoring my Yamaha B3 amp and need some Toshiba 2SK270, V grade, or at minimum -BL.
Alternatively, I read that I can use pairs of closely matched 2SK170-V.

OR..

lsk170 with Idss 11-12mA, closely matched

Please let me know if there is a reliable source or suggestions....
