Looking for spice models for 2SK214 and 2SJ77

Hello,
I'm looking for spice models for 2SK214 (or 2SK213, 215, 216) and 2SJ77 (or 2SJ76, 78, 79).
If there are such (reliable) spice models, I'd appreciate mentioning similar substitute MOSFETs to them.

I'm using the one in post #17 (bob216 and bob79). They work in ltspice, but have no idea how accurate they are.
