Need some phenolic spiders, looking around on some websites such as Ebay, Electric market...but could not find where is selling them.

Would you like to tell me the shop that sell the phenolic spider of speaker ?

I'm pretty sure Bill at GPA makes his own. You could do the same with CE or LE phenolic. 1/32" thick material is common.
