Looking for a NAD 2140 schematic

As the title says, I'm looking for a NAD 2140 schematic and/or service manual for this ancient classic. I'm also interested in hearing about any mods other users may have performed to their 2140/3140 amps-mine is working fine but I love to tinker. Any help would be much appreciated.
