Hi ,
I'am looking for a class D amplifier schematic .. more than 300 W RMS into 4 Ohm ... anyone have such a thing ? I searched google .. but nothing ....
Thanks !

That's what annoys me maybe most, there are not really any DIY class-d amp "kits" or complete project pages. And no-one appears to have e.g. complete-and-working Eagle schematics and PCB designs. 😡 (unlike "analog" amps where tens to hundreds of very good and documented kits/projects are available)
You could try googling for "class-d reference design", although these are sometimes based around some hard to get proprietary IC.
Some links:

(schematics and layout, but no PCB)
http://www.zetex.com/audio/audio04_3.asp
http://www.zetex.com/audio/audio05-1-5.asp
(for low-power ones, schematics and PCB)
and for example the ZXCD1000 datasheet

Max output power is basically determined by the voltage of the voltage supply that feeds the full/halfbridge. With some reference designs like zetex ones you may get lucky by simply increasing the rail voltages (and maybe swap mosfets for higher voltage ones).
