LME49811 GND pin, how noisy?

How noisy is it?
And how sensitive is it to noise, if i happen to connect a 'noise source' quite close to it that is,

or vice versa...

...problem solved...
It is the return path for the ShutDown input signal.
All noise I inject in it, will come out from the chips GND pin.
So, better keep the GND pin separate from audio grounds...
