I would say that the bridged setup is best sounding, however you will need balanced source. If balanced source is not available, one might consider using transformer for unbalanced to balanced conversion: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/audi...kit-building-instructions-21.html#post1712724
My next choice would be stereo configuration and the last would be parallel. With parallel, there is a slight loss of resolution and immediacy, but depending on a system, it may not be noticeable at all. The advantage is much more current output, especially when we deal with difficult loads.
