I worked in consumer electronics repair from 1968 to 1972. I remember Lloyds equipment. Lloyds, Julliette, Symphonic and others imported low end consumer equipment from Japan. Most of it was sold in dime stores (Woolworths, Kresge, etc) department store chains (Jeffersons, K-mart) and corner drug stores (Walgreens, Eckerds). These brands were not typically found in HiFi stores.
Much of the equipment was built to spec by different OEM houses so finding information on some of it might be difficult. Some models may have been imported only once.

I've never seen any Lloyd's tube gear. What is pictured is a fairly standard all american five/six radio.
There is one particular LLoyds speaker i do look for. Has a nice 6.5" whizzer cone driver.

This company must have a very wide range of devices, both equipped with tubes ans transistors/ICs. In the attachement a tube mono radio and a stereo receiver between 1975 and 1980

I have a tube mono AM - FM radio that looks very similar to yours except that the face is mirrored. The big dial is on the left. It is fancier loking and has a wood case. It was made by another long lost Chicago corporation, Zenith. I bet Lloyds copied and cost reduced the Zenith after it went out of production.
It is likely that a lot of the Lloyds branded stuff was also imported under other brands too. Probably house brands for places like Radio Shack, Olsons, Lafayette, and Allied.

I remember it pretty well, hardly worth the trouble I think as anything other than a curiosity... Very bottom of the barrel stuff sold in dime and department stores..
