hi,
from data sheet i saw 24 awg single solid enameled copper wire is suitable for up to 68khz frequency operation at 100% skin depth. so i want to use it in my car push pull 50khz smps . i wanted to form litz wire with 24 awg but i went to litz wire manufacturer website they recommend 36awg up to 50 khz and 38 awg for 50 to 100 khz operations.
what is the reason for this while 24 awg is suitable for 100% skin depth?

Have you built power supplies before?
no
Why 50kHz?
i use e42 ee core at 50 khz it produces 450 watts of power
The attached photos show successful amps that use much larger than 24g and work perfectly.
50kHz is a bit higher than most car amps. Most run at 25-30kHz. It's very easy to change, so you can experiment.
The output of the amp is going to be determined by the speaker load and the rail voltage, more than the core and operating frequency.
The 24g will be perfectly fine.
