Volts across red and black(any) 3.6 volts. any idea why 2 black wires ?
is it for charging and other for load ?

ok thx for the quick reply !!! how do i use the battery as a source..i have built quite a few number of li-ion chargers..i wish to have the internal schematic of the so called temp controller

The temp controller is just a thermistor. Nothing fancy. You can just dismiss it, unless you plan to charge it harder than 1C.

It is always a good idea to use the temperature sensor to prevent thermal runaway.
