Lenco RIAA mod by Doug Self

This 2 transistor Lenco circuit mod by Doug Self is published on Doug Self's site. PCB design is by forum member Prasi (note a nice lion's head logo on the PCB).🙂
It sounds very good but not better than modern opamp based circuits, slightly warmer and more delicate. It is suitable for builder that needs simple discrete transistor single supply RIAA stage.

It simulates as slightly boosted 10hz to 300Hz and above 3kHz, a popular tweak from accuracy
Hence warmer and more detail
The series input resistor will make it noisy.
