I know it has been talked about a few times in the past...
I set up a IRC Channel for those that are interested in chatting through out the day about projector project related stuff or whatever. I am still working on all the settings but you can log on to:
irc.netwater.com
port 6667
#LCD
I will set up a Java interface if there is any real interest. I know there really hasn't been much interest from some of the last attempts so we'll see.
No rules other than, be respectful of others and no SPAM. I just thinking I wanted to have some real time convo about some of the issues I am having rather than searching through huge posts for hours.
Note: this is on a private server not a huge public IRC server.

I'm sure it won't go far without a java applet - most people are too lazy to want to learn how to connect to irc
