Hi,
I have an interest in investigating the speed variation of my turntables and have come across a Lab View vi called Polar-LP-Stereo on the PFM forum which will achieve this.(see - Turntable speed analysis - Page 26 - pink fish media) Does anyone know the source of this .vi or suggest a suitable alternative?
I have been using the Platter Speed app which, whilst good, is of limited use.
And I can run Lab View vi's.
Cheers,

I use a strobe and strobe disc. One can see the exact speed and any slight variation straight away.

Thanks for your reply.
I have been using the KAB strobe disc for some time. Whilst using this is OK, the Platter Speed app revealed some variations which don't appear to be Wow. I am interested in investigating further to see if it is caused by the idler wheel and/or the motor drive shaft (I use a Lenco).
