I just made an account here because I scored a KR-1610 tube (approx. US $1250) for free. I don't know if it works, though.
Do you have any recommendations for testing it? Could I have some help designing an amplifier that uses it?

Basically it's 2 KT 300BXLS in parallel so with 1 tube you can make a use of a 300B PSE circuit and make a center amp. Power >20W is achievable, just make sure your OPT can handle up to 200mA quiescent current.
