I have a kicker zx350.4 with crispy distorted and very low output.
Ps only does +-25 volts. Tl494 have only about 6 volts at pins 8 and 11. Pin 12 had 12 volts. Tl outputs have about 1.5-2 volts so the ps dont raise the rail voltage.
What is the correct voltage at collectors? Pins 8 and 11

Pins 8 & 11 should be ~12volts. It appears the soft start circuit has failed. The soft start voltage also controls the muting circuit.
Post pics of both main and input boards, so that I can determine the rev and point out the circuits in question.
